- Captain Only Charters do not require a security deposit. Bareboat usually requires several thousand dollars security deposit.
- NO SALES TAX! Crewed charters for more than one day are not required to collect WA State Sales tax but instead pay a public utility tax which is included in the base price.
- Captain Only Charters do not require a several hour checkout period and demonstration of yacht handling experience. You are able to get underway immediately and this can add up to a full extra day of vacation time. You can get experience handling a larger yacht than you would otherwise qualify for or be comfortable with.
- Captain Only Charters can be stocked with your favorite food and beverages prior to your arrival, so your packing can be light and easy.
- The Captain is always available for ideas on the best places to fish, anchor, check in customs, hike, shop, or dine out.
- You remain "IN Charge" and decide when and where to visit, and what activities for each day.
- The Captain is available to maintain and demonstrate all equipment throughout the cruise. Why ruin your cruise fixing or trying to learn a new system when you should be having fun?
- You can drive all you want but the Captain remains your "designated driver".
- Best of all - you charter at the same cost as Bareboat, but receive a much higher class personal yacht that is far from "BARE". Fishing poles, Nets, crab pots, and more. Plenty of room for your favorite toy(s).
